fLEET/CORPORATE PROGRAM

Launched in May, 2019, Fresh Ride Ultimate Car Wash are pleased to offer a fleet/corporate program. We utilise the latest industry technology and fleet management software to ensure that you can quickly and easily access our facilities, eliminate the need for payment at each laser wash entry and, of course, enjoy significant volume-based discounts. The fleet/corporate program is available to any Australian Registered Company (with current ABN) with a vehicle fleet of 5 vehicles or more which are all registered to the company name. Corporate use is available to any Australian Registered Company (with current ABN) with minimum volume-based purchase requirements. These will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Fleet/Corporate Wash Package Options There are 4 wash packages available on our Fleet/Corporate program. You may elect to pre-select and purchase one type of wash package for your entire fleet or we can make all packages available for selection at the time of laser-wash entry, whichever option best suits the requirements of your business. Please see the inclusions of each wash package below.
Fleet/Corporate Wash Entry Options
RFID Tag
Wash Codes
Our RFID tag entry option allows you to wash multiple vehicles daily or the same vehicle multiple times. Usage is monitored by automated fleet management software. The RFID tag is read by an overhead RFID tag reader at the touch-free laser wash entry. The tag can be set to allow a pre-selected wash package, in which case entry is granted with-out having to engage with the ICS entry terminal. If your wash package needs are vehicle dependent, the tag can also be set-up to be scanned then allow the driver to select their desired wash package on the ICS entry terminal before entering the laser wash. We can tailor a payment solution to suit, either a pre-paid number of washes, rolling monthly credit topup or automated credit card payment upon invoice on a regular agreed basis. Tax invoices and receipts will be issued via e-mail and reports showing RFID tag usage can also be supplied if required.
Self-Serve Bays & Other Site Amenities All other facilities at Fresh Ride Ultimate Car Wash including self-serve wash bays, vacuum & fragrance, dog wash, and vending can be accessed with the use of Fresh Ride tokens. If you require access to these facilities, tokens can be pre-purchased and supplied in bulk as well as or instead of our laser wash packages. Volume-based discounts may be applied on a case-by-case basis. We look forward to tailoring a wash solution to suit your needs. Single use wash codes, available for purchase in groups of 10, 25, 50, 100 or more, have a 6-month expiry from the date of issue and will include the touch-free laser wash package of your choice. Providing more flexibility, wash codes can easily be issued to staff or club members for fleet use or to clients as a value-add or used as an additional revenue stream for your business. Once paid, our fleet management software will auto-generate the codes which can then be issued via email, post or in person, whichever you prefer. To use the wash codes simply select ‘enter wash code” then enter the code at the touch-free laser wash entry terminal. A report of codes used can be generated and issued on a monthly basis. If required, Fresh Ride Ultimate Car Wash can customise a flyer or business card which includes directions to the car wash, instructions on how to enter the wash code at the laser wash entry terminal and a space for you to write the single-use wash code for each intended visitor.
Fleet/Corporate Wash Pricing Fresh Ride Ultimate Car Wash are pleased to offer our fleet and corporate customers significant discounts on our retail wash prices. Fleet/Corporate pricing is available upon request. All fleet and corporate wash packages must be pre-paid unless a pre-purchased rolling monthly credit is agreed with the balance of any additional monthly use paid in full at month’s end. We offer several convenient payment options including EFT and credit card payment facilities. We are happy to tailor a package and payment solution to suit your business needs. Tax invoices and/or receipts will be issued via e-mail and reports showing RFID/wash code usage can also be supplied if required.
